Awesome pupusas! - Edit
Full disclosure: I've not visited their brick-and-mortar restaurant but rather, sampled their menu at local markets (Rillito and Tucson Vegan Night Market). I've had both their vegetable and their mushroom pupusas. Both are filling, hit the spot in terms of Latino/Latine comfort food, and are reasonably priced. Their curtido, albeit a bit salty, has a generous helping of oregano, and has a spicy kick!
