I’ve loved Seedz for a long time. The food and vibe are both unique, but I’m a fan.

So many options! - Edit
Tried Seedz out while on a road trip. It was so good! My daughter loved her pesto zucchini noodles and I adored the Rueben. My husband liked his taco salad but was jealous of the Rueben. The restaurant was bumping, it’s not large, but does have additional outdoor seating. We’ll be back!

First time and the menu was full of options and the food delicious. We had a Tempeh Reuben, Jackfruit Philly, Cosmic Brownie and cheesecake. We will definitely go back.

Vegan options are mediocre - Edit
The options were not amazing. We have had much better. The hummus was good, the rolls were not. Enchiladas tasted like they had been smothered in ketchup. It was not something that left a good taste in our mouth

Jackfruit cooked perfectly - Edit
Went to Seedz while in MO on a trip and absolutely LOVED the BBQ Jackfruit sandwich, it wasn’t sweet - like other bbq jackfruits I’ve had - and filled me up just right.

Cheeze cake!! - Edit
Wonderful and relaxing. Great service, amazing food. Really enjoyed the homemade cheeze cake and cheezey beans and rice. My carnivore had the Rueben and said it was worth coming back for. I had a philly of jackfruit and loved its smokey flavor.

Not consistent - Edit
I’ve been here many times before and sometimes the food is really good, other times not so good. The last few times I’ve been here, not so good. I use to really enjoy this place when I first went vegan 4 years ago. Now I’ll only go here if I’m desperate for food.

Unbelievable! - Edit
This was the first fully vegetarian/vegan restaurant that I took my newly non meat eating husband. It sealed the deal and helped me to convince him that a whole food plant based world did not mean he was doomed to a life of limp salads! Highly recommend the veggie burger! And the cheesy rice bowl!!

Cute Vegan Cafe with yummy juice and rice bowl - Edit
Unfortunately, only a few gluten free options but the Peace Bowl I had was amazing. And I loved the Green Dream juice. It's pretty expensive, definitely a rare treat for myself, but worth it.

Solid 4.5 stars - Edit
I loved everything about Seedz from the location, friendly staff, to the amazing Malibu Melt. Half point deduction for the Ruben missing the mark. If you’re going to replicate an iconic sandwich, you can’t just throw some sauerkraut on it and call it a Ruben. There was no rye bread and no pickling flavor that comes with traditional corned beef. Visually it just looks (and tastes) like a tempeh sandwich.

THE BEST - Edit
This is my favorite casual vegan restaurant. Everything I have gotten was amazing. There's brunch on Sunday AM but I just got regular lunch fare.
Read moreService was great, very helpful. The inside is fun and artsy. There's a sister coffee shop next door too.
The baked falafel was the best i've had. It wasn't dry and had so many exciting additions. Soup and salad was fantastic too.
It's a little pricey but definitely worth it knowing you are getting fresh, delicious vegan food . Highly recommend!
Pros: 100% vegan, Many options, flavorful
Cons: somewhat pricey

No worries for Vegans - Edit
EVERYTHING IS VEGAN!!!! That is, in the restaurant. The only thing is possible honey with what they sell in their shop. The people who serve you are very kind. Tip is OPTIONAL, I recommend tipping if you can. You order at the counter and then get served. They automatically serve water without ice. You do have the option of ordering tea, coffee, a smoothie or alcohol. The smoothies are around 8 dollars. If you’re on a budget, split a pizza with someone and stick to water. The pizzas are easily split between two people. Most meals are at least 10 dollars.
