Unique and delicious - Edit
Upscale and therefore more expensive vegan food, but so worth it. We are so lucky to have such a great vegan place in Salt Lake. Their menu changes seasonally, and they've had southern dishes succotash (that was so good my non-vegan MIL went 3 times in 2 weeks), pasta, French cuisine. And everything is amazing. The dishes are so complex and full of flavor. They're small, so don't expect to come out of there feeling like you're going to burst at the seams unless you order a bunch of stuff. The atmosphere is modern with a visible kitchen. They serve wine and beer as well. Highly recommend you check them out.

Delicious but needs more protein - Edit
We love this restaurant! We had the pasta with tofu pancetta. Phenomenal light delicate flavors. We had the key lime cheesecake. More tart than sweet but if you don’t like sweet desserts you will love it. Just enough sweet to not be too tart. (Caution - although tart I suspect it has a fair amount of sugar. I’m hypoglycemic and the next day my hypoglycemia was acting up.)

Delicious flavors and wonderful staff - Edit
My partner and I tried out 4 tapas plates from the main menu and one of their desserts (see photos) and everything was delicious! Our favorite was the puttanesca and cheese platter. Salted caramel tartlet was also delicious. They make their own fermented cheeses using nuts and they’re so creamy because the use the whole nut instead of just the nut milk like many companies. Our server, Hannah, was wonderful and gave us suggestions for other vegan spots to try out in the area as we were visiting from out of town. Since it’s tapas, it is a little pricier for relatively small plates, but that’s how most tapas places are. It would be great if they had the tapas option but also an option to order a larger serving of the main dishes. Really enjoyed our experience there and would definitely visit again!

Always delicious and 💯 plant based! - Edit
We made a recent repeat visit to Seasons to try their new menu of bites, small plates and desserts - all is on point. Love that my husband and I could order a bunch of different things and share them. Service always, efficient, friendly, and professional. So delicious.

Amazing upscale food - Edit
I love this place, originally very upscale vegan food. This changed during covid to sandwich's and pizza but its back to its original food. The food is amazing and worth every penny. It is a bit pricey but I highly recommend for a nice dinner or a special occasion.

Owner should arrange to change profile pic to something they still sell. Would have saved me long walk there as I only wanted vegan pizza.

Food was well prepared and executed. For the price though, not sure it's worth a 2nd visit.

A date-worthy all-vegan treat - Edit
We enjoyed one starter and two entrees that filled us up. The creaminess of the (cashew-based) spinach and artichoke dip, as well as the fettuccine sauce, is luxurious and kind of a throwback to the pre-vegan days. Excellent preparations of portobello mushrooms as “bistecca” on the pasta and “short rib” atop potatoes. Wish we had more days in SLC to try more options on the menu. Great service as well!

Upscale prices with limited food, filled with mash potatoes, lack of good service and lousy ambiance - Edit
We went here recently and boy were we disappointed. The prices are exorbitant for the type of restaurant it is. There is no ambiance you feel like you are eating at a café. The quantity was very small for the price they charged! They fluffed up each dish with mashed potatoes - which mind you are very cheap!
Read moreTo add insult to injury they tacked on a 20% service charge?! For what? I don't understand - their servers were not even trained!! The servers are not trained and were leaning over us to pick things up and asking us to pass them things on our table!
We ordered truffle frites - which were just French fries with hardly anything on them - couldn't even taste the truffle oil - $9, Caesar salad - $12 - nothing to write home about. Shepherd's pie at $18 - it was so tiny - mainly mashed potatoes and it was priced so high. Short rib - $30 - OMG this dish was a joke - they took two portabella mushrooms and cut them up so thin and served them up with you guessed it mashed potatoes! Tofu aux cerises - fancy names with no real substance - took 2 cubes of tofu and called it an entrée at $32! Bacon mac and cheese at $16 - it was tiny and tasteless.
Their presentation of the dishes was nice but you can't justify paying $30 for a dish that is fluffed up with mashed potatoes!
I don't know how anyone can eat here and be satisfied! I have eaten at many upscale vegan restaurants. Here I felt like I was cheated! I also went home hungry! I would definitely not recommend this restaurant!
Cons: overpriced

Delicious - Edit
A small but consciously crafted menu. It is apparent that the food is a labor of love. Pricy, but felt worth it.

i’m in love - Edit
This was the best meal i’ve ever had in my life. The truffle frites were perfectly light and airy and flavorful. I got the short rib as an entree and it was a life changing experience. The flavors blended beautifully and the presentation was lovely. My boyfriend got the tofu aux cerises which was heavenly. We shared the tartlet for dessert and it was amazing (and i’m not usually a tartlet girl). I have been dreaming about the short rib for over a week now. I will 100% be planning another cross country trip just to eat here again.

It’s really good though a little pricey - Edit
The food tastes really good. The bread is a little bit too oily. The price is a little high, each entry is $30 so I think it should be marked as $$$, as the current $$ label is a little misleading. Not that it’s not worth the money.

Rich, filling pizzas with glorious cheese - Edit
The Hang Loose was an excellent combo of sweet pineapple and spicy jalapeño. The primo had extra creamy cheese and tasty pepperoni, with delicious mushrooms and black olives. Probably best to order for delivery, there’s not much parking and didn’t feel like a place I wanted to spend more time than I had to.

Tasty vegan pizza and more! - Edit
Definitely the best vegan pizza in Salt Lake, only 4 stars because it’s not the best vegan pizza I ever had. Their pasta and sweet dishes are really good too and worth a try! (As far as I know they make their own vegan cheese - pretty cool.)

Good but a little underwhelming - Edit
To be fair, I may have hyped this pizza up in my own head and made myself disappointed… but I felt like it didn’t live up to my expectations. It wasn’t all that much better than any vegan cheese we’ve gotten from other restaurants. There were more options of types of cheese but it wasn’t mind blowing. Plus, to build your own pizza, they charge extra for everything including the cheese and even the sauce. Overall, a decent meal but too expensive for what I got.

Changed from Bistro to Pizza - Edit
Seasons is now focused on selling pizzas and their cheeses. The website clearly demonstrates this and makes no mention of the former bistro. That said, I had to try it and had a small, personal size pizza. I was wary that the cheese may not be that good but if their entire business is now reliant on this cheese, there must be something to it. Yes, it's worth it. I enjoyed the food and if I was in town longer, I probably would buy some of the packaged cheeses. Probably due to the pandemic, lack of staffing. No indoor dining and it took an employee a long time to notice I was there for a pickup. The music is loud so they couldn't hear me calling out that a customer was there.
