Serves meat, vegan options available. Two restaurants: Pasta Co & Pizza Co. are located in a shared food hall. Offers food to go. The menu board lists several themed pizzas; all can have the cheese topping and the cream sauce removed. All pizzas that are already designed or themed can be made vegan ready, or the customer can build their own vegan pizza from scratch. Cream sauces can be substituted with tomato sauces. Custom pizzas can also be ordered. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-8:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-9:00pm, Sun 11:00am-6:00pm. Hours are for pizza component of business; the pasta side closes at 4 pm on Sunday

Thin-Crust Pizza from the Food Hall - Edit
Ordered the mushroom pizza with whole, roasted garlic cloves, arugula, and mushrooms. The staff readily accepted veganizing requests and then suggested one more; this the cheese was removed, and tomato sauce substituted for the cream sauce. The six-slice, 12-inch pizza was plenty filling for two hungry appetites. The pizza was good in taste and presentation. Convenient seating inside the food hall.
