Great staff!

Th staff here was great at helping me get a modified I e cream sandwich. I didn’t want the one that was served so they created an open-faced ice cream sandwich. It’s a vegan peanut butter cookie with soft-serve chocolate peanut butter indulgence ice cream. It tastes great, and the cookie came out fresh and warm. I appreciate the time they took with me.

Ice cream is good

The ice cream was good. The menu was a little bit confusing at first. I thought the part of the menu that said "vegan" meant all of the options were vegan, but you have to look for the little green v because some are only gluten free. The vegan milkshakes are clearly labeled.

It was pretty packed and I had to wait in a pretty long line. They have a make-your-own section but you can't see the options for that until you get all the way to the front of the line on a little table with a laminated piece of paper and by that point I didn't want to hold up the line trying to figure that out.

I got a vegan parfait and my husband got the pecan pie. The pecan pie came with maple syrup which I thought would be a tiny bit....this was ice cream in maple syrup soup. Waaaay too much maple syrup.

Also one of the staff's masks was way too loose and he kept pulling it up by the dirty part you aren't supposed to touch and serving ice cream. It made me a little nervous. He seemed like he was a manager or shift supervisor.

Overall though the ice cream itself was pretty good and I'd probably try it again.

Pros: A fair amount of vegan options

Cons: Crowded
