Very rude security staff - Edit
They let enter first just the girls they like, while me and my friends were waiting for more than 2 hours outside.

It's a pity because the atmosphere inside would be a 5/5.
I saw many people leaving before entering, because of this absurd situation with the entrance policy.
If was the owner, would be very worried about how my guests are treated by that rude employee.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who next time will choose another Irish pub in Rome; more than 30 people waiting in line with me had the same thought!

Decent pub grub choice - Edit
Scholars have a few vegan options if you're looking for pub grub or something to eat while enjoying a few drinks. They have two different vegan burgers, chilli sin carne served with either rice and salad or on a baked potato and a vegan salad. I went for the vegan burger which was described as being made from green wheat and I was pleasantly surprised. Plenty of flavour and a vaguely meaty tasty. Not the most inventive choices available but definitely a decent option

The saddest hamburger ever - Edit
If you are willing to pay 9 euros for the saddest hamburger ever, go there. Bread, hamburger (not even that tasty), tomato and lettuce. No mayo, picles, NOTHING.

Great atmosphere. Good, friendly service. Native English speakers. The vegan burger is said to be seitan, but we didnt feel that seitan texture. Either way, it was good! Which is surprising for an Irish pub.

Vegan burger was good with lots of mustard, veggie wrap was ok (80% lettuce, sprinkled with some corn and carrots) They were out of the vegan chili. Overall, I was surprised they had anything at a pub for vegans. But considering they did, nothing blew me away. They were also sort of rushing us out on a Sunday night that wasn't super busy, even though we had barely finished our meals....

Brilliant service from a lovely Irish waitress. We ordered the Vegan Burger which is a seitan burger and it was delicious! Chips were nice too! The atmosphere here is so homely (we’re from the UK) 😊

2 Italians walk into an Irish pub. Well, we are Italian, and needed a break from pasta and pizza. Ordered 1 of each vegan burger with salad and fries. but we were served hamburgers. They quickly remedied the error, but we ended up with same vegan burgers (wheat protein).

An unexpected treasure. We enjoyed the Sunny vegan burgers and the Vegan seitan burgers. Fresh and delicious. Between the beer, wine, burgers and great service we were in heaven. Three cheers to another vegan friendly restaurant on our tour of Rome.

Came here for the world cup game. It was packed but the waitress still managed to be on time and nice and very attentive. I asked for the vegan chilli and had to double check because it had soy meat and tasted exactly like regular chilli! It was very good and the serving size was huge! Everything vegan/vegetarian is marked.

Have vegan chili, stew, burrito and 2 tipes of vegan burgers. I tried the seitan burger and it was great. Nice service, speak English. Fair prices. Definitely recommend! :)
