Expensive, but good view - Edit
1 main vegan option, it's very expensive but you get a view of the waterfall while you eat.

3.5 stars - quite the experience but not much vegan selection - Edit
Dining with a view of the thundering waterfall is definitely an experience but there isn't much for vegans. Possibly no dessert but they mention sorbets as part of another dessert. They location in a little castle is very beautiful, though, and they have outdoor seating with great views.
