Lots of vegan options in brunch

Lots of vegan breakfast options! In the fridge: 5 different kinds yogurts, 4 kinds of milk, butter, Violife cheese, Tartex spread, cream cheese and Kalles caviar spread. On the hot plates: fried vegetables and baked beans. The overnight oats is also vegan. And there is fruit salad and different kinds of baked fruit and strawberries. There is also crisp salad, bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, parsley, beet sprouts, watercress and pickles. And fresh fruit. And lots of teas and O'boy chocolate powder to mix with milk. And of course müsli and corn flakes and coffee and orange juice.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Very friendly and helpful staff

Cons: No vegan meats/cold cuts or sausages

Ewww

I was really unsatisfied. We ordered the vegan burger they started having after midsummer in 2019. It was supposed to have a lot of vegan cheese sauce in it. If you'd seen the photos they posted of it the whole side of the burger was drenched in the cheese sauce. When we got there it didn't say anything about the cheese sauce in the menu, but I checked with the waiter and he said that it is the burger I'm talking about. I even asked for "the one drenched in cheese". When we got the burger there wasn't any cheese. I asked the waiter about it and he said the burger is correct and that this is the way they do the burger here at Scandic. I show him the photo of how the burger should look like and he just compared it to burgers from McDonald's looking good in photos but different IRL, which was also a bad comparison since our burger was missing on of the biggest ingredient. I emailed the restaurant/hotel about it but never got a reply back. The burger wasn't that nice either.
