Perfect vegan breakfast

Very delicious breakfast with a lot of vegan option like beans, falafel balls, Oatly & Alpro Products. The dinner is no recommended. They serve a beyond meat burger but not in a tasty way

Good range of vegan stuff for breakfast

As advertised, there were many vegan options for breakfast. In addition to the regular vegan stuff (plant-based milk, muesli, bread), they also had vegan cheeses, cold cuts and spreads.
Vegan options are located in a small fridge at your left side, just when you enter the buffet area.

There were also fruits, salads, and warm vegan dishes like potatoes and beans. But they were not labeled as vegan so it's necessary to ask about it to the staff (they seemed to know what was and wasn't vegan).

As the breakfast was included in the room price, I think it was a good deal.
The hotel is also conveniently located, a 10-min walk from the Market Square, or just a couple of minutes from the tram stop.

Like most Scandic hotels, the hotel staff is very friendly and attentive, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
I'd certainly stay here if visiting again.

By the way, I contacted the hotel a few days in advance asking for as many vegan options for breakfast as possible, so perhaps that's why they had many. So it might help if you'd do that too.

Pros: many vegan breakfast options, location, friendly staff

Cons: not all vegan

Very small selection

The breakfast buffet is mostly meat oriented. There is a very small selection of vegan food in the fridge at one end with the gluten free offerings.
The food mentioned in the overview was not all present. I had some lovely coconut yoghurt.
The also had
- almond spread
- cashew spread
- oat milk
- Soy milk (Alpro)
- sliced vegan meat substitute
- sliced vegan cheese

It was a particularly small section but I appreciate the fact that someone there tried.

It would help if they told their staff about it. The waitress I specifically asked about their vegan selection actually said there wasn't one.

Pros: nice coco yoghurt

Cons: very small selection in otherwise neat heavy buffe
