Get the tempura on the side!! - Edit
Love the Just Like Paitan vegan ramen, but you have to get the ATX tempura on the side or it’ll all dissolve in the broth and become extremely thick. Delicious otherwise though, they’ll give you a bowl of it on the side and you can top each bite individually. Very spicy.

I ate vegan ramen, fries, and vegan steamies. The steamies were nothing to write home about, fries were delicious, and the ramen great. The texture of the ramen was wonderful, everything was very filling. The GF noodles, I was told, have egg.

dis review is souly based on da vegan ramen.
Read morebroth is pack'd with umami, but overtly salty.
noodle iz 🔥, chewy n slurpable.
i came in w/ an open mind n belly cuz tempura is usually pair'd with a light dashi broth like udon / soba.
w/ da vegan tonkotsu broth it's too oily and imbalanced.
if u order xtra steam'd veggies like cabbage/sproutz den it'z balance'd but dat should b a ramen option in itself.
i'd eat da kakiage tempura in a light shio/shoyu broth.

Ramen is good. They put the veggie tempura in the ramen which I wasn't crazy about at first, but actually came to appreciate the texture of. Your milage may vary but you could probably ask them for it on the side if soggy tempura sounds gross, ha. The dumplings were pretty good, but felt a little pricey for the quantity.

Delicious vegan ramen and dumplings - Edit
Honestly, I had my doubts but was pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere, super helpful and friendly staff. Their vegan ramen option was absolutely delicious! And so we’re the dumplings. I WILL be back.
