My favourite place to eat - Edit
All vegan buffet in the heart of Cologne and my favorite place to eat in the whole city. Pick a size plate and fill it up with as much as you want. Quite a challenge since there’s so many choices. It doesn’t matter what you pick, it’s all good! Highly recommended!!! #Veganuary

Buffet style was good with lots of options and the plates are plenty big - you definitelyget your moneysworth. Lots of hot and cold options aswell as toppings like seeds, chilli flakes, nooch etc which is nice. Most of the hot options I tried were pretty tasty but some were not so great - not bad but just slightly bland and maybe a little bit too heavy.

Extremely well priced for the amount you get - couldn't resist trying everything so got my plate piled high. Particularly enjoyed the curries and the vegetables - very nicely flavoured and cooked. The venue felt welcoming and cosy. Great place to go for variety and a full tummy!

A broad mixture of soup, cold food and hot food. Take your pick of small, medium (or soup) or large plates and stack it as high as you like. Can’t finish it? Don’t worry you can take your leftovers in a box. I couldn’t resist but try everything and honestly, everything tasted really delicious. I have zero complaints. Such a reasonable price too!

Read moreYou choose your size of plate and then fill it up. Lots of cold salad style starters and a wide variety of main courses. Also, can add a soup from a choice of 3 and a good selection of wine and beers. We visited when it was cold and wet outside but enough seats inside.
So good to be able to pile your plate up, knowing it’s all vegan - and all well cooked and very tasty.
We’re only in Cologne for two nights - and I suspect we’ll be back at Sattgruen tomorrow night as well.
A must visit for any vegan in Cologne.

Everything is vegan. Food is colorful and interesting. They are also on the healthy side so you won’t need to worry about stuffing your plates with as much as you can eat. Absolutely a gem find!

I love the Sattgrün branches. Everything tastes extremely good.
The location in Cologne is very central. There is a large outdoor seating area. Inside it's a bit cramped. Maybe you won't get a seat.

For arrival by car: There is a parking garage directly across the street (€2.50 per hour).
