Best vegan ramen in Columbus - Edit
I love this ramen bar so much, it is definitely one of my favorite places to go at the North Market. The vegan broth at Satori is probably the best part of the food, it has a beautiful flavor and is not too salty. All of the toppings on the ramen are also fantastic. My only complaint is that the tofu is not very flavorful and you only get two slices which I don’t think is enough.
