Vegan Delight: Sassool's Affordable and Abundant Options - Edit
Sassool offers a fantastic selection for vegans, with clearly marked and abundant options. The prices are very reasonable, and I think it's even better than the prepared food section at Whole Foods. If I were a local, I'd definitely be a regular here.

Gluten free and vegan yumm - Edit
I’ve been coming here for years. I love this place. It’s always busy, but they do a good job getting people that food quickly. You order at the counter and get to choose what you would like. I love getting the pick three or pick four and shoes, clearly labeled vegan and gluten-free side dishes. Its homemade on site and comes from the farmers market and mini organic farmers.

Amazing Authentic Mediterranean Food - Edit
Lots of vegan options, all clearly marked. Tastes better than my Armenian grandmothers cooking (just don't tell her I said so). Amazing Lebanese food at a great price.

Consistently delicious - Edit
I adore this place. I actually struggle with having too many vegan options to choose from, in the salad case anyway. There aren't many hot options side from the falafel, but their falafel is among the best I've had. They also gave vegan baklava. I warn you, it's addictive.

AMAZING! SO MANY Vegan options! - Edit
Sassool is a great stop for PLENTY of Vegan options. We stopped here after Thanksgiving and everyone loved it because of the variety of options. 80% of the sides are Vegan. We were so inspired by the options, we made some of them at home (Tabouli, Baba Ganoush, Chickpea Salad)

Loved Sassool even before I went whole food plant based simply because their food is delicious. Now that I eat vegan o appreciate their menu even more. 80% of their menu is vegan it seems. Love the kale salad and their cilantro hummus is fantastic!

Awesome food - Edit
By far my favorite restaurant to get vegan food at. They offer so many options and the labels are very clear in labeling it you shouldn’t have any difficulties. I always get my holy grail the kale salad, baba ganoush, and cous cous salad. I definitely recommend the kale salad it’s the best you’ll find from anywhere.

Wow! So Yummy! - Edit
I could eat their majadarah (lentils with caramelized onions) every day! The Lebanese green beans are also delicious comfort food. My friend had the tabouli and said it was some of the best she had ever had. Falafel and stuffed grape leaves were so-so. Spinach fatayer was excellent - full of flavor. Vegan stuffed dates for dessert were out of this world. Can't wait to return!

Lots of Options - Well Marked - Edit
Their cold cases are filled with delicious options. The signs tell you which ones are vegan, gluten free, etc. You can get a veggie plate for a meal or buy items by weight to take home. There are usually some fun hummus options, various veggies, and salad options. The pita bread is also made fresh. There are usually a couple of vegan options in the dessert case. They even have a small grocery area too.
Read moreThe downside is that it is often so busy that the staff rushes you through the line. I have often not been able to request a drink or dessert because they just rang up my plate and moved on to the next person. The pita takes a while to cook too, so often you have finished your meal before you get the bread.
Pros: Many options, Great food, Grocery area
Cons: Usually very busy/long lines, Staff rushes you

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This 👏🏼 place 👏🏼 rocks 👏🏼 - Edit
Go. Just get in your car and go. If the hot and cold cafeteria food (WHICH IS ALL AMAZING- and clearly labeled as vegan, gluten free, etc.) isn’t enough for y’all you can get free freshly made pita with your meal. It’s enough to make me go back alone.
Read moreThis place deserves 5 stars. Kind and friendly staff and wonderful food.
They have vegan pastries and baked goods- made by themselves and Jp’s bakery is there too.
I’m sorry let me just add one more amazing thing about this place... there’s a freaking market. A MARKET IN THE STORE!! You can get inexpensive spices and try new things. They have grape leaves, tahini, oils, snacks, and other delights.
Y’all, just go. It’s great.
