Healthy In Chennai

This is a large restaurant that is part of an Ayurvedic health center. It is bright, clean, and quiet. Indian food can be quite heavy, and I found this place to be a nice change, lighter and healthier. I had the Tandoori Veg Shashlik (199 Rupees, about $3 US). The paneer in this dish was really excellent. So, if you're looking for a nice place, with healthy and tasty food, this is a good choice.

Pros: Bright clean place, Healthy food, Moderate (but not cheap) prices
