Very vegan-friendly buffet - Edit
This is a place where the buffet food is very suitable for vegans, although there were a few which could have been ovo-lacto (The boiled eggs were very popular). Lots of grilled vegetables, salads, fresh vegetables, udon, and also a variety of drinks like green tea, coffee and hot herbal tea. I had a lemongrass herbal tea. For the price of about 1800 yen, I would have expected a better choice of fruit but all I saw were oranges and grapefruit. There were some other desserts like sweet red bean soup with mochi.
Read moreExpect a lot of people at opening time, 11am. I had to wait for about 15 minutes after writing my name down in the register. You are limited to 70 minutes. My advice is to come at 12:15 because that's when the first batch of customers leave and there didn't seem to be many new customers coming in.

Pros: Plenty of deliciously cooked vegetables, Very healthy food, Becomes less crowded by 12:15
Cons: Desserts could be a lot better, Be prepared for a long walk there or take a bus, Wish it were just slightly cheaper

Really hard to find vegetarian buffet in Japan.

Lots of vegan options also space for lacto/ovo vegetarian.
Mainly Japanese cuisine with some western food.
Pros: Lots if vegan options, delicate presentation, fresh taste

Delicious buffet - Edit
Vegan food is a rare food in Japan, particularly in the suburbs. We stumbled upon this buffet attached to a Farmer's Market. The food is delicious, particularly the sweet and sour soy meat.
