Decent Ramen - Edit
The service was efficient, and staff was attentive and friendly. The ramen was ok but nothing out of this world or rich in flavors. Would I go back for more? Probably not.

So good! - Edit
This place is great, lots of vegan delicious options and the server was super kind. I would strongly recommend asking for the chili sauce on the side cause if you’re not as tolerant as me you’ll end up sweating like I did. Fortunately the server noticed I was suffering and offered a bowl of regular broth to transfer the content of mine to the new one and add spicy broth as needed. Noodles are home made and everything is delicious and very authentic! This place is becoming my new obsession.

Vegan Miso Stirfry Ramen - Edit
They only have a few vegan Ramen options, but they are all good. My favorite is the vegan Miso stirfry Ramen with extra veggies. This place is always consistent and is a good choice for both vegans and non vegans. They have one vegan appetizer so it would be nice if they added some more options there.

Great for vegans who like ramen - Edit
At Samurai Noodle they have an extensive menu, but just 2 vegan ramen options, and a few vegan appetizers (all labeled though!). I ordered the vegan miso stir fry ramen. This large bowl of soup was served with baby bok choy, bamboo shoots, carrots, corn, fresh buckwheat noodles, and two large pieces of tofu in a savory miso broth. It was delicious, and a treat to try something a little different. Ramen is not my favorite dish, but this was pretty enjoyable.

Very good! - Edit
I got the vegan stir fry and it was very good! The only thing I did not like was the tofu in the stir fry. It was unseasoned and somewhat bland. It is easy to find the vegan entrees (they currently have 2) as they have their own section. The noodles are whole wheat but they have gluten free noodles for an additional charge. The staff is friendly and accomidating to any dietary needs. Definitely would visit again.

Delicious Vegan Ramen - Edit
Had the vegan miso ramen on a short stop in Houston right by the I-10. It was delicious and it's nice to find vegan ramen that is clearly labelled as vegan. Portions were good and the staff was friendly and efficient.
