I'm no croissant connoisseur but this place has the best croissants I've ever had. The croissants are made with almond flour, water and yeast. The ingredients are so simple but the flavor is outstanding - and that's just the original, plain one!
Read moreI've also tried the za'atar one. This one had homemade vegan cheese (almond) and cashew cream along with the za'atar mix. The fluffy bread with oozy cheese and perfectly balanced spices is a delectable combo!
I also had the the vegan ham and cheese sandwich which had house made seitan ham and cheese. Again, amazing. So much flavor in each bite!
The chef/owner is very kind. He studied culinary arts in Belgium and has a passion for baking the most amazing things!
