A real whole food, plant-based restaurant! - Edit
We loved Salud. I have some heart disease and try to adhere to a whole food, plant-based diet (Dr. Esselstyn's diet, or Forks Over Knives). It's really tough when eating out or traveling, but Salud makes many raw vegan options and does not use oils or processed foods of any kind. The food was delicious and filling, and the people were kind and helpful. I wish I had an option like this closer to home.

The “won tons” had great fresh flavors and creamy cashew filling. I loved the emphasis on fresh veggies. I love me a big ol’ vegan burger and fries, don’t get me wrong, but I also love the crunch of raw veg and the punch of fresh herbs. Will come back!

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Bend/Redmond. The food is fresh, beautiful, packed with flavordynamite filling. The drinks are a little spendy, but I don't eat our very often so enjoying a latte with my lunch is a must! Even of you are not vegan, the food is dynamite.

I'm not opposed to raw... conceptually, there's nothing wrong with it. However, if you're anything like me, I have a mouth full of bonding and crowns. Porcelain crowns on my back molars, that conduct heat and cold (especially) and a few front teeth that have some bonding. I sat for a couple hours with a friend one day 'outside" on a hot summer day and it took me the entire visit to eat, the food was so cold and hard, I thought I was going to break my teeth. I realize this isn't everyone's problem, but anyone who has anyone who has dental work, here's my warning. Just say'n.

Lovely service at this sweet little spot tucked away from the street. This was right by our hotel and it was so convenient and easy just to pop over there and grab some delicious raw food. Each dish was bursting with flavor. Food was so nourishing and made with love😄

We are huge fans of this spot and would definitely recommend it for plant based eaters and Omnis! We took my 21 year old Omni son and he was pretty impressed with the mock chicken salad. Their dress pressed juice blends are phenomenal and the cheesecakes are to die for! Seriously good food that’s seriously good for you!
