Good happy hour option - Edit
We often come here for happy hour on Mondays, when they have a Meatless Monday theme. Taco burrito can be made vegan with Beyond Meat and vegan cheese; it’s not part of the happy hour special but easily feeds us both, and I appreciate that they usually split it between two plates when we tell them we’re sharing. You can get the happy hour dip trio (which usually includes queso) with all guacamole upon request. Food is not amazing but good for what you pay, and they don’t upcharge for veganizing.

Vegan cheese or beyond beef can be subbed for pretty much everything. I usually get the mex and match w two soft beyond beef tacos and black beans they haven’t messed up my order yet. Quick service and large portions for the price.

Vegan Cheeze + Beyond Meat - Edit
Can substitute beyond meat or vegan cheese for any regular menu items to veganize your order. They confirmed to me that the refried beans do not contain lard and the Mexican rice does not contain chicken broth both are vegan as well. There are vegan and vegetarian labels on things on the menu but they are more than happy to do substitutions so you can substitute beyond meat or vegan cheese for any regular item on the menu. Got my order correct but when it came out the side of beans did have regular cheese on it for some reason but they replaced it no problem, so it is worth mentioning that you don't just want vegan cheese on the main order but the sides as well. I got the enchilada and taco. The enchilada was amazing I highly recommend it
