Tasty food and cozy place - Edit
We had a lunch with our infant in Salt and were very pleased. Food was tasty (Croissant, sandwich, potato, hummus) There are many vegan options and very friendly and cozy environment. They have high chair for kids and other entertainment. We'll come back here soon 🔆☘️

Read moreAte here 4/4 days I was visiting. Breakfast, porridge, vegan kofte croissants, desserts all super nicely cooked with whole food ingredients and presented beautifully, even when in a take away box!
Don't skip it.

Oh my that savory croissant! - Edit
Vegetarian restaurants are generally not my first choice unless the vegan options sound appealing, and it was the croissants and desserts that drew me here.
Read moreSalt did not disappoint! The tempeh club sandwich was great, made with delicious brown grain sourdough (I'm yet to find anywhere here that has this kind of bread), seasoned tempeh slices, cashew cream cheese, and red cabbage.
We ordered an almond croissant (filled with a soft type of marzipan) and a croissant filled with olive tapenade, sun-dried tomatoes, avocado, and cashew cream cheese. I would seriously make the one hour bus trip from where I'm staying just for that croissant again! It's a perfect combination of ingredients and the croissants themselves are perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. Oh, and the cashew ayran drink with mint is a MUST.
We sat outside because the smell of eggs was a little strong when we arrived (the negatives of eating at a vegetarian restaurant), but the restaurant itself is quite nice and the service is good. Go for the croissants! 🥐🥐🥐

Big portions and very high quality fresh food. Visited 4 times. Everything we tried was delicious. They customized my order for allergies. They also have a good selection of kombucha. Nice outside patio, inside area and takeaway options. Highly recommend the snickers cheesecake for dessert.
