Bowl - really good and affordable - Edit
Mexican chain with ample seating and full bar. Have bowls, burritos, fajitas, and chimichangas that are good to go when requested WITHOUT cheese and sour cream. The bowl was huge and had enough for a take home for dinner. Only $10, which was best priced meal during our 15-day vacation.
