Not actually vegetarian - Edit
Had my waiter inform me that their veggie options are made with chicken product in the spices. Even the queso has the spice in it, which is probably a powdered bouillon.

Willing to customize - Edit
This is not a vegan/vegetarian restaurant, but the friendly staff and owner were willing to customize for us. If more people request vegan/vegetarian dishes, they would expand the menu.
Read morePros: It is not a chain, as most of the other restaurant, The owner and staff work happily together, and are, Nice variety of vegetables.
Cons: They do have an extensive meat menu.
