Just okay - Edit
We felt like this was an okay option for a town with few vegan options. Husband had the vegan quesadilla and I had veggie fajitas with substitutions. The special inferno sauce is a must, though.

Always happy when nonvegan places have some options. Especially when traveling.

Cons: No outside seating w/service. Darn it., Traveling w/dog, & I wanted a margarita outside.

Surprising Vegan Options - Edit
I had not been back to this restaurant in a couple of years and boy has it changed. Before my only option was vegetable fajitas with no cheese, etc. Now they have specifically marked items on the menu as Vegan. The vegan vegetable quesadilla with vegan cheese is great. They also have a vegan vegetable burrito and vegan tacos with beyond meat. Both also have the option for vegan cheese.
