Tasty, healthy and super filling

I had a rice apple raisen salad bowl here. My brother a wrap with the same ingredients. They didn't have fusilli, so we could swap that out with pumpkin, which also made it vegan (as the fusilli probably has egg in it).

It was very good, a nice and healthy experience after all the more salty dinners we had.
