DIY salad

I love that I can make my own salad in this place, but I hate their dressings. Vegan dressing options are super limited and the one they have feels like it is nothing more than a tasteless oil (and they drench the salad with it alright), so when I eat here I usually just go for no dressing. They usually also have a vegan soup option, which is great.

Fresh ingredients, but why stingy with the dressing?

I love the concept of DIY salad, but it ended up being boring because the vegan dressing options were boring. Furthermore, the girl was stingy with the dressing? Why? I don't get it!
Get some nicer olive oil, and note that vinegrette is better with mustard and pieces and shallots.

Pros: freedom to create your own

Cons: too pricey, not very exciting

Healthy salad and hearty soup!

Located in Cluj-Napoca's biggest shopping mall, Iulius mall food court.
You can pick and mix veggies and dressings. Great vege option after walking for shopping at this giant mall. Great taste and reasonable price,too.
