Not worth the money - Edit
Small bowl, charge you $4 extra to have vegan noodles, came with two small pieces of tofu, $22 total for one bowl with said tofu, seaweed, onion and corn, before tip and no drink. It didn’t taste bad but I’m not stoked I spent $22 to still be hungry, and paid more than my non vegan friend did just bc I wanted vegan noodles. Sick of places gouging prices bc the word vegan is involved. Won’t return, personally.

Yummy😄 - Edit
Just one vegan ramen option here, but you can add all different toppings to create some variation. The ramen was delicious! If I’m in the area, I’d come here again. The outdoor atmosphere is really nice. It’s a beautiful courtyard within the historic center

Spicy broth - Edit
Saku is a place to go to when in Riverside. It has a great atmosphere with friendly staff. However, be aware that there may be a line. In regards to food, I had the vegan ramen. This can be customized (noodles, protein, spice level, and toppings). Their ramen is mushroom based and absolutely delicious. I will be thinking about this place for the next three days.

Open 24 hours! - Edit
Ordered: Vegan Ramen, with regular noodles, added spinach, had it done spicy
Read moreI came after 1 am post gym workout and was happy to see a good atmosphere of people enjoying food. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. The broth was nice, not too spicy so I could finish off the broth afterward, noodles were cooked well and not soft, was happy I added the spinach, I may add extra tofu next time. I wish the ramen cost less, but it does cost to run a business 24-7 so I understand. That being said I will be back when I’m in the area. I enjoyed eating outside on a table late night with the ambiance of friends and couples enjoying late night eats around me.
Pros: 24 restaurant, Good ambience, Nice staff
