Only one vegan main dish - Edit
We had the only vegan bowl there is. It was good, you had different healthy stuff in there, that didn't necessarily fit together, but it was OK. As there are no other vegan options around, I would take it.

A Healthy bowl - Edit
In the middle of the Stern Center shopping center sits this small Asian express restaurant. There was one labeled vegan main, dumplings, edamame and summer rolls. The vegan bowl was fresh and tasty. The seating was fine with low lights and plants protecting you a little from the hustle and bustle of the shopping center. The service was friendly and fast. The food itself was four star, but as there was just one vegan main, I gave the whole place a three.

Surprisingly good for a fastfood restaurant - Edit
Saku offers quite a few vegan options. Edamame, gyoza, Hawaiian poke bowls and ramen. The prices are a bit expensive but it's understandable because the store rent in Stern Center is extremely high.
Read moreThe gyoza were extremely tasty but also unusual because the dough was green. The edamame were very good as well. So all in all I can recommend Saku when you're in Stern Center.
Pros: Many vegan options, Delicious , Authentic Asian and Hawaiian food
Cons: A bit expensive
