Good for special occasions - Edit
There are a lot of options to try here and I love that. I had the vegan Gyoza, California roll, and Dragon roll. This was my first time trying rolls and I really enjoyed them. I loved the texture of the California roll and the taste of the Dragon roll; the gyoza was good but not the best I've had. While the food was good, I would probably not go again unless it was a special occasion because of the prices.

Awesome find! - Edit
Many places “remove” to make vegan options. These vegan dishes are developed to be delicious! We 3 shared vegan California, Kamikaze, Dragon and classic asparagus/cucumber roll. Everything was beautifully presented and very flavorful. Dragon was my favorite!

They have a great selection of vegan options. So great that it’s hard to decide what to get which is almost unheard of at an Omni restaurant.

Best vegan sushi/japanese food in town! - Edit
Sakanaya just released their new vegan/vegetarian menu. The sushi here is AMAZING and actually thoughtfully created (not just a sad avocado rolled up in rice like all the other sushi places around here). They also have several appetizer options like vegan gyoza, miso soup, and others!
Read moreOur server, Mathias, was so nice and we spoke to the owner at length about the new vegan menu. It is clear that a lot of thought was put into it, not only in making it delicious, but also in ensuring that all elements of the dishes were vegan (including cross-contamination concerns!). We informed the owner that not all alcohol is vegan and he seemed extremely excited to add a mark to the menu indicating which drinks are vegan. Overall it is clear that the business is committed to following through on their commitment to the vegan community in Chambana - which is a breath of fresh air compared to many businesses who provide the bare minimum and pay no attention to the needs of vegans in town.
I could not recommend this place more for their new vegan menu!
