Great for take-out too - Edit
It's been quite a while since I ate at the restaurant, but it was an excellent experience then. We had take-out dumplings from Saiko today though, and it was delicious.

Beautiful presentation - Edit
Beautiful, innovative and well-tasting menu. I said I wanted a vegan menu for one person, and they suggested 10 pieces. I didn't have any other requests and they came up with 3 different pieces.
Read more200 sek was a little much for take away, but it was a cozy place, and I wouldn't mind going back in good company.

Just awesome - Edit
Saiko is a small sushi restaurant in Malmo, run by the winner of the World Sushi Cup 2013. They make vegan sushi according to your wishes, and always use seasonal ingredients. Everytime I'm there, they seem to have come up with new innovative flavors. And it is delicious! It's simply the best vegan sushi I've ever had. While it may seem a bit pricey, I think it is well worth the money. The restaurant itself is small and cosy, but they do also offer takeout.
