Vietnamese street food style restaurant with labeled vegan choices, including rice paper rolls, shitake mushroom & tofu pho (vegan stock), steamed vegetable dumplings and grilled sticky rice banana cake. Note: the salt and pepper tofu is labeled vegan but is cooked in the same oil as non-vegan items. Open Mon-Fri 12:00pm-3:00pm, 4:30pm-9:00pm, Sat-Sun 12:00pm-9:00pm.

So many options - Bahn mi, pho, bao, rice paper rolls etc. and different vegan options for tofu, eggplant or mushroom. Personal fave is anything with the crumbed eggplant!

Saigon Street Eats is a good restaurant with vegan options. I was pleasantly surprised there was a separate vegan menu. The staff also had a good understanding of what is vegan. The food was delicious and I especially liked the tofu.
