I have eaten at this food stall located in the French Market quite a few times when I worked in Chicago. It is definitely a great option if you like Vietnamese food. They had a nice tofu sandwich that I used to get and they also have a vegan pho.

Pretty good overall though I wish they had dedicated vegan options instead of just vegetarian options that can be made vegan. Luckily the waiter was very nice and helped get me a vegan option.
