The BEST Pho I've ever tasted - Edit
So, this is the best vegan pho I have ever had. I have tried one in Annapolis, and a couple in upstate New York where I live. No other place has such an aromatic broth. All the toppings and stuff added into the soup are same everywhere. But this place has the most flavorful broth for something that is vegan. I also like the way the tofu is fried. So tasty. I have also had some of their other vegetarian dishes that are pretty tasty.
