We ordered Saigon Poularde and spring rolls on 08.03.23 for a romantic dinner.
The chicken was so raw that on the first bite it didn't even break into pieces. We wanted to see what the chicken looked like, so we cleaned the sauce off the piece. and it looked like it had been cooking for maybe a minute (all red, almost like right out of the package).

We called the restaurant several times to try to explain the situation, but each time they babbled something completely inappropriate and then hung up.

I may not be an expert in the restaurant world, but a chef should know how to cook a chicken, it's not that difficult.
