We love to eat here‼️. All the stir fries except sesame chicken can be made vegan! The sauces are outstanding and so very flavorful! Our favs are the Lemon Grass, Basil, Pad Thai no egg, and the vegetarian soup, which is actually Vegan! You can get fried rice no egg as well! The owner is so kind and sweet!! You’ll want to support this family owned business with yours!!! Bon appetite❣️🙌🏼🎉

This place was amazing!! Service was a tad bit quirky but the food was sooo good. We got the vegetarian vermicelli (just ask for no fish sauce) and it had a ton of fresh veggies. The tofu chunks were also super flavorful. All around great meal

I’m vegan so anytime I go to an Asian place my number one question is, is there fish sauce in the rice or the pad Thai etc. I ordered the pho, pad Thai and the fried rice. I asked if they had any fish sauce in the food and was always told “no no it’s vegetarian” so it’s amazing to see, especially in Fayetteville. Second is the flavour is amazing. Hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at. Thank you for making great food.

We were on our way from Charleston SC to Raleigh NC and Saigon Bistro was a great find. The owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating. They have a modest Vegan/Vegetarian selection on their menu. I had the Pho vegetable and the fresh rolls. The food was great above expectations.
