A Sparkling Gem in Great Falls!

It's hard to find intentionally vegan and vegetarian dishes in Montana, but Saibeen's Kitchen always makes sure there are options for vegans and vegetarians. Her food is absolutely amazing. I ALWAYS make time to get a delicious meal from her when I'm in town. If you like spices, Indian food, and food made carefully and with a lot of love for cooking, you'll love this restaurant. I can't sing its praises enough for bringing new culture to Great Falls and including vegans and vegetarians in it.
