Great spicy vegan options - Edit
I've loved Sai Thai for more than 10 years, but hadn't been there in the two years I've been vegan. I was delighted with the options I had. The Fresh Thai Rolls appetizer is vegan and a light start to your meal. The soup that comes with appetizers is vegan, but very spicy. Many of the entrees can be made vegan if you ask for no fish sauce. All of the curries are delicious. Tofu is in the menu as a protein option for many entrees.
