Warning to all: ‘vegan’ meal contaminated with meat - Edit
Ordered the traditional aubergine & lentil dish, was disgusted to be served a meal reeking of meat. As a long term (20 years ), committed vegan, I know when food is not vegan. When I raised my concerns with the staff, they were evasive, unhelpful. Always sceptical about venues which serve meat, however this is my first HappyCow recommend fail. AVOID THIS PLACE. Would suggest HappyCow take it off their list.

Not all is vegan or vegetarian, but they have quite a lot to dishes which are vegan or vegetarian. And those are dishes superb!

Loved this place! The service was really great and the food was yummy! I had the vegan combo platter and tasted some flavors I'd never had before. Walnut-pomegranate, lime-lentil, lime-kidney bean with greens. Would give it 5 stars if Happy Cow would allow.

Read moreThe vegan assorted platter was my choice to go as I had never had persian food before. The flavours were complex and rich and very different to most of what I had eaten before. Also, as the plate was composed of small rations of different dishes it was a fun experience as all the flavours were different from each other.
The staff was very friendly and also helped us to choose what to order. The portions are big and it might be worth it to share a platter and a small started between 2 people.
