Thoughtful vegan fare - Edit
I was thoroughly impressed with the care and thoughtfulness that goes into the menu at sacred grounds. At first glance it looks like their vegan offerings are limited- until you realize they have vegan alternatives for essentially all their menu items - the majority of which are vegetarian to begin with. The vegan menu isn’t phoned in or laden with chemical alternatives. I am impressed and hope to see this type of thinking applied to other area restaurants.

Not vegan. - Edit
I convinced our weekly Saturday long run group to give Sacred Grounds a chance for our weekly post run lunch. After arriving, we were informed the lunch menu is no longer available along with no vegan options. Half our group, which are vegans, watched the other members pick at their breakfast for lunch. Extremely disappointed and hungry.

First time eating here. The vegan sun-dried tomato panini was delicious! Can't wait to go back and try more of their vegan options.
