Solid vegan options - Edit
The polenta vegetarian tower can be made vegan by subbing the cheese with avocados. This dish was exceptional and we went home to recreate it the very next week.

Great Vegetarian Options - Edit
I love Sabor and eat here every time I’m in Wichita for work because they have great vegetarian options. We start with the hummus, which can sometimes be hit or miss. The corn queso is very good. But the show stopper is the vegetarian polenta. It’s sooo good. They have huge portions too so you can definitely share.

The polenta tower is my favorite meal in Wichita. And the plantain chips, yum!!! They have crafted a wonderful atmosphere that is a must visit when we have people in town.

Good option for mixed dietary needs. - Edit
This is a solid choice of you need a place for both vegans and omnivores. The vegan options are super limited, but are delicious. I get the Vegetarian Polenta Tower and ask for no cheese or crema and it's always delicious. If they were to add a few more vegan options I would gladly give more stars.

Had the polenta tower they take off the cheese and cream to make it Vegan. Added the habenero salsa it was amazing.

Some delicious options! - Edit
They have some vegetarian options that can be made vegan. The Polenta Vegetarian Tower was excellent! We had them remove the Cheese and creme drizzle and added habanero sauce to it. One of the most delicious things I think I have ever eaten! They also had a vegetarian taco that was very tasty!

Always a hit! - Edit
I travel on business to Wichita frequently and always have at least one dinner here. It is a good place for a business meal with non-vegans. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about vegan menu items. The food is always delicious. My favorite is the arepas—to make it vegan, the serve the savory vegetable filling on polenta slices.
