it was okay for the location - Edit
due to the fact that it‘s hard to find vegan food at a Pakxé since there is not as much tourism as in other parts of the country, Saubaidee is a place where you definitly get something to eat. The macaroni with vegetables are vegan and some other dishes too, especially when you ask for removing the egg

Big portions - Edit
Went here twice and had pad thai and curry. Big portions. Not sure if they really understood me when I said vegan but… food was good!

Delicious vegan options - Edit
Very nice staff, vegetarian section in the menu, other dishes in the main menu can be veganized. Portions are big, you can add tofu which comes in big delicious chunks. Vegan pad thai, morning glory and stir fried vegetables, all with added tofu for a few Kips, were really good.

Went here for lunch and thought 50,000 kip was quite a lot for a curry but the portions are huge so it is worth it. We are usually big eaters but even we thought the portions were big! Good value and very tasty.
