Vegetables and Potatoes - Edit
As vegan choice, there are only two starter options (one of which needs to be modified to remove the ricotta), plus potatoes and vegetables. If you’re with friends or attending a business dinner (like I was), it can be considered a nice place with friendly staff. However, if you have the choice, I recommend going somewhere with more options for vegans.

Typical food - Edit
The restaurant is decorated with charming Sardinian craftsmanship. I enjoyed the completely vegan dessert "Su pappai biancu" so much. It is made with almond, vanilla and almond milk.

Consigliato ;) - Edit
Personale molto disponibile. Numerose opzioni vegetariane.

Not Vegan - Edit
No vegan options. I had to overpay a dish (very small portion) of pasta with tomato sauce.

Good veggie options - Edit
There was a decent amount of choice for vegetarians here, but I didn’t see a huge amount for vegans. Having said that, I think they would make you something as they clearly have a much greater awareness of vegetarianism / veganism than most places in Sardinia. I had the aubergine dish to start (which was vegan and very tasty) followed by pasta (which was not vegan). There was a cous cous dish on the menu which I’m sure could be made without cheese. I took photos of the current menu which I’ll post here. My husband enjoyed his meat. Definitely recommended and booking is probably advised. When we called they said they were fully booked but they did manage to squeeze us in later on.
