Really good vegan ramen - Edit
The Yasai ramen is the vegan option by default, but don't forget you can customize it! My go-to is to add fried tofu and the black garlic oil.

If you want a filling bowl of ramen this is your place!

Fantastic Ramen that’s Worth the Wait - Edit
Depending on when you get here you might have to wait, but it’s worth it! The yasai ramen without egg is my go-to order here and it never fails to satisfy! The potato croquettes (without the sauce) are also delicious! Make sure to ask your server if certain dishes can be made vegan—there may be more options than you might think.
