Excellent as always - Edit
I enjoyed another wonderful meal from Ryan’s on York.. I had a garlic mushroom noodle dish with crispy tofu added. They have plenty of vegan and vegetarian options as well as options for the meat eaters as well.

Awesome staff -- let's start there! They were very knowledgeable about veganism even warning me about their wheat noodles which have egg whites (they subbed San Fran noodles -DELICIOUS). They were very friendly and very attentive; I appreciate it!

I ordered the spicy noodles to go. The noodles were so good, the tofu was cooked just right -- the only issue was the dish was too spicy, like beyond edible - I still ate it because those noodles and tofu were on point. I think an addition of teriyaki bowl is in order - wink, wink*
I will DEFINITELY be back to try some other choices they offer.

Cons: Servers animal products. , Addition of tofu is quite expensive.

Hidden gem in the middle of Manitowoc - Edit
Super impressed with the options here. The menu had clearly labeled vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. The veggie patty is black bean and vegetarian not vegan.
Read moreHad the spring roll bowl which had tons of flavor and lots of spice. Added perk of being cheap at $9 for my meal! I absolutely would come back.

We were here two days in a row.

All tasted really good, but the spicy noodle bowl and the tacos stood out!
You can also add Tofu to any of the bowls for some protein.
Don't come here if you are in a hurry, though. The Service is super friendly, but not fast. Even one of their regulars "warned" us about this when we first sat down. We waited about an hour or a bit more for our food on the first day. It was so good though and the staff so friendly that we returned the next day anyway.
