Great smash chickpea salad!!

I went there today for brunch and I ordered the smash chickpea salad! They have quite a few vegan options that you can make a sandwich, wrap or salad. Unfortunately since I’m gluten free I can only have the salad option.

The salad was super flavourful and they did not skimp on the avocado!!
Very friendly service and the portion was HUGE!!! I will for sure come back to try their other options!

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Back patio , Vegan cheese, mayo and protein

Cons: Not enough gf options

Great all day breakfast

Rustic, casual restaurant that serves great coffee and breakfast/brunch/lunch. My first try was a yummy grilled cheese sandwich packed with Dayia, avocado and tomato. Two thumbs up. Then I tried chickpea salad wrap, it was good too with bold dijon and dill flavours. Their brunch burrito is filled to brim with beans, avocado, veg, Dayia, vegan aioli and you can add tofu and potatoes. You'll probably will need to split that with a friend ;). My favourite I go back to time and time again is breakfast wrap filled with spinach, mushroom, tofu and Dayia. Finger licking good! Sometimes they have vegan baked goods. I noticed the restaurant uses lots of fresh produce and portions are nice and filling, but totally reasonably priced for Toronto.
Make sure you specify vegan, the staff is trained about vegan substitutions and will gladly make it to your liking. In short go for vegan homestyle breakfast your mama didn't used to make ;)

Pros: Fresh produce, Soy and almond milk gratis in coffee , Staff trained in substitutions

Cons: Weekend brunch can be busy
