Plant milks and breakfast options - Edit
Offer soy, coconut, oat, and almond milk options. Sometimes seasonal specials can't be veganized but rarely, all regular drinks can be. Offer 3 types of vegan burritos and chik biscuit from CZ vegan, cookies and chia pudding from Tia Mom's, and a croissant from Fat City Bakery.

Update: CV Vegan stopped making burritos😒Tika Spice now vendors, one vegan option now but still has the Mex Hot Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls vegan from Fat City, bringing in Choc Maven vegan scones and two vegetarian burritos.

Cool coffee shop with vegan breakfast options - Edit
The vibe of the shop is very cool. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the vegan options, which are brought in by a third party company. They essentially have two burrito options and a chk’n biscuit. Have some cookies also.
Read moreWe had the green chile burrito and the biscuit. The burrito is tasty and not too big. The biscuit, which is seitan, is very small, but tasty. We opted to share each item in order to feel we got enough food.
Overall, it’s a good stop for good coffee and a light breakfast.

They pull a mean shot. I also get a vegan biscuit which is decent. I always appreciate when an establishment offers vegan options, especially when I’m on the go and can’t wait for a full meal to be cooked. Quick and easy!
