Good but not amazing - Edit
The decor is super cute and menu appetising, but it all falls flat. The chicken was good but not great or amazing; we had better chicken at Little Poet earlier in the day, and they don't even specialise in chicken.
Read moreThe mango sauce had a weird fermented thing going on that wasn't very nice. The coleslaw was fresh and interesting, but again had some weird flavours that just didn't quite work.
The drinks were phenomenally expensive for their tiny size, and weak AF; I normally get a bit lightheaded (in a tispy way) from a cocktail because I hardly ever drink, but this was like a mocktail. The one we ordered (Hanoi something?) promised tomato, but delivered none.
Ordering is via QR, which could be fine except half their menu isn't properly labelled in terms of what's vegan or not, so I had to get up and walk to the front of the restaurant about 5 times while just trying to put my order in. Having a waiter would've been quicker and easier.
Staff were absolutely lovely.
Pros: Staff were lovely , great decor
Cons: Average food and weak AF/overpriced coktails, not all vegan options were properly labelled, annoying QR ordering

Solid food but a bit bland - Edit
I did like the food but felt like it was lacking seasoning, even though we got the 7 spice chicken I didn't really taste any of the seasoning so kind of wished they had added a lot more. The xo greens were nice but again lacking some salt and corn ribs were good. I was confused as to what cocktail were vegan as only pina colada was marked so avoided the cocktails. The "homemade" pineapple juice was also odd as I saw them pour it partially from a pre-packed drink...

“Feed me a little” was an understatement - Edit
We ordered the “feed me a little” banquet and were overwhelmed how much food we got for $30 each! The “chicken” was bonkers, we loved the slaw, greens and rice, but we absolutely could not finish it. The batter on the chicken was very interesting and delicious! I would love to come again 🥰
