The best sorbet in Virginia. The Hibiscus Lemonade was absolutely delicious 😋. I wanted to to get another one because it was just that good. Pop up at the Vegan Soul Fest.

Ruby Scoops is a beautiful shop on Brookland Park Boulevard. Half of the menu is vegan. They offer ice cream and sorbets, which can be served as scoops, milkshakes, and even I've cream sandwiches. Yes, they have vegan cookies. I ordered their butter pecan and apple butter ice creams, they were both the freshest and creamiest vegan ice creams I've ever had. As a bonus, the staff was awesome. It was a busy day for them, but they were patient and kind with every single customer.
