Freshest and best Thai food in town

Everything is always so fresh, the vegetables always bright and crispy, the sauces and seasonings so tasty. We have been coming here for decades and they are reliably excellent. Some of our favorites are the lime tofu appetizer, the spicy tofu appetizer, the Tom Ka soup, the tofu entree, and all of the delicious noodle dishes such as Rard Nar.
They have no problems customizing the order to your specifications. The interior of the restaurant is very spacious and charming.

Great food, very knowledgeable staff

Ruby of Siam is a true gem. The food is delicious and almost everything on the (rather large) menu can be made vegan. I've only had good experiences here. This is the best vegan option in the area!

Pros: Tons of vegan options!, Helpful and knowledgeable staff

Cons: lunch buffet wasn't great; stick to the menu
