Great pit-stop!! - Edit
Driving through Steven’s Point in the morning, and Ruby’s was the perfect breakfast stop. Vegan crepe batter available and veggie options available. The Chai was great. Spicy but the perfect amount of sweetness. It was a little expensive though - as expected for a coffee shop. Super cute inside!

Vegan crepe batter is available, and the vegan tempeh crepe is one of the best I've ever eaten! The chocolate oatly cappuccino is delicious as well!

LOVE the Coffee - Edit
Ruby coffee is seriously the best coffee out there! This cafe is so beautiful and newly renovated. Food is locally sourced but I really wish that there were more vegan options. Their salads are fresh and creative so I do always find something that I want to eat.
