A breath of health delight in the centre of Rhodes! - Edit
Rubisco is great in what they do and pretty scientific in their approach to juicing. We are lucky to have them on the island whenever we visit! 4 stars are for the fact that they are not 100% vegan offering bees' honey and whey protein powder as options; any product that is directly related with the exploitation, death and suffering of non human animals will inevitably take away at least 1 star from my ratings. Still, just two products away from my 5 stars! 😊

Came here multiple times during my time on the island. I tried half the menu and spent hours chatting with the staff and other guests. Absolutely loved this place!

Incredible juices and smoothies - Edit
My wife and I spent a good half an hour talking to Thomas the owner. Really great to learn more about the cold press process, local sourcing and where some of the recipes originate from. Thomas was very kind to give us some samples as we decided what we wanted to order. It’s quite easy to see smoothies and automatically think they’re healthy but when you add in semi-processed fruits and extras, they can turn not healthy rather quickly. The smoothies and juices here are as fresh as they come and with plenty of variety of both fruit and extras such as agave, ginger and cinnamon.
Read moreUnlike many places in Rhodes, they know they have quality product and let it speak for itself rather than do the pushy thing on the streets trying to get you in the door. Kudos for not taking part in that.
As a bonus, I got a bottle of almond milk at around 13% nut vs the typical couple of % in commercial milks. Holy damn, the difference is profound. If you are in Rhodes, I highly recommend checking out RuBisCo.

Great Smoothies and Juices - Edit
Went there three times in the last five days and enjoyed the fresh homemade juices and smoothies. Very friendly owner Thomas who was very knowledgeable about nutrition. Really great to see fresh produce being used and he makes his own delicious almond milk. It is just a pity there is no designated sitting area although there are a couple of stools.

Dedicated owners serve delicious raw cold pressed juices - Edit
We used Happy Cow to find this shop and were happy to meet the very committed owner. We tried the Pineapple Express with spinach, the carrot apple ginger zinger and an Aloe Vera juice with green apple and lemon juices. All very pure and delicious.

I've been in rhodes for days and I went to rubisco many times. Is in the history centre of rhodes, in the old town. The owner Maria and her son are very friendly, helpful, and amazing people. All the staff are very polite and friendly. They also gave me a tour with their car! So welcome!

Little place in the old town. I saw the reviews here and went there to try it out. I was going to buy just one juice but ended up buy 3 and a ginger shot :) I really miss my cold pressed juices when I'm on vacation so finding this place was heaven! Super friendly staff speak perfect English. Oh they also make their own almond milk.

Very glad we found rubisco during our stay in Rodos. We went quite a few times for our breakfast juice. It had a very refreshing jungle like atmosphere and generous portions! All we needed for a fresh start of the day.
Read moreA cool guy owns the place, very friendly and welcome, they have many bottled cold-pressed juices with funny names but you can order your own as well. I loved ABC (of course!) and Isotonix (with sea salt!)
They peel oranges and put them in the juicer, never had seen or tasted such a good orange juice before!
